Can someone with knowledge look at the verbose information and please give advise, or point me to a solution. It always seems to fail at the same place.

I have tried to uninstall and install multiple times.

It got to Executing transaction and then failed.

It warned to update the conda program first. I installed miniconda and then used that to try to install anaconda. And found the Activate.bat file was not in the scripts folder as it was expected to be. I searched the internet and read suggestions to add the location to my path. I tried to run Anaconda it was not recognized. I opened a cmd window and tried to run Juypter it was not recognized. I ran the installation program following all recommendations and it appeared to install properly without throwing any errors.

I downloaded the installation package for Windows 64 Bit Graphical Installer from I am having difficulty installing Anaconda and getting Jupyter to install/launch.
